his battery designed by CSIP , engineer opened a new mould and customed a PCM solution for CSIP501227

The battery without connector just need two wires connect bluetooth”s main board

Our customer Aaron who come from Korea is a professional engineer, the whole solution of device is from him. They company is famous for design and solution provide in Korea.

I got Mr Aaron”s business card from CES Shanghai SHOW in June 2019, after finish the exhibition I came back to office and sent an email to him, at first he did not reply me and I felt disappointed .

Maybe three months passed I try to contact him again,  Coincidentally, they company have a new bluetooth case need to use battery , so we start the contact.

CSIP taked part in KES show in October 2019, I met Aaron and had a good communication about CSIP501227 project on the exhibition. After come back to office I started to prepare samples.

Aaron”s team almost spend three or four months to test the battery , and they satisfied with the battery quality. Because they tested cycle life of battery, use 0.5C charge and discharge, after 800cycles the remain capacity can reach 80%

In order to shipping battery to Korea, we start to apply for UN38.3 and KC certificate after samples confirmed,
